Disabling a task will keep the task visible in Checklist Manager but remove it from BOHA! Checklist App.
Cloning a task will copy the task information and create a duplicated copy.
Deleting the task will remove the task from the checklist.
Disabling Tasks
Navigate to the task you want to disable by selecting the checklist its under in Checklist Manager.
Select the task you want to disable
Toggle off Enabled
Your task will now appear in the Disabled Tasks Section of the checklist calendar view
Cloning and Deleting Tasks
Navigate to the task you want to disable by selecting the checklist its under in Checklist Manager.
Hover over the right side of the task you want to clone or delete.
Select the trash can to delete the task or the double rectangle to clone.
Or if you’d like to see more detail about a task before deleting or cloning, select the task to open Edit Task and select Delete or Clone
