Terminal is configured to auto connect to the Jet Pack to connect the BOHA! Terminal to the \u201cBOHA_Terminal\u201d WiFi network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If auto-connect is successful, the BOHA! The 1 represents the number of devices connected to the <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"265\" height=\"64\" src=\"https:\/\/transact-tech.com\/service-and-support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/11\/rtaImage2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-331\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jet Pack does not auto-connect and is not displaying the number of devices connected to it<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resolution: Manual Network Selection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the WiFi Center app on the BOHA! Terminal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the BOHA_Terminal network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Connect<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>WiFi Center app shows BOHA_Terminal network with a checkmark Status but Jet Pack does not show any devices connected to it<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Resolution: Jet Pack Power Cycle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power cycle the Jet Pack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After reboot, the Jet Pack should auto-connect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Jet Pack does not auto-connect, follow manual network set up as outlined above in scenario 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If this does not resolve the issue, contact Verizon or your preferred Hissho Tech Support outlet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOHA!
