This will tell us what type of warranty you have, how long that warranty is, and what sort of software and firmware is loaded in your terminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On any AccuDate model, the serial number can be found on the white Transact information plate on the back of the terminal. It will be designated with the \u201cS\/N:\u201d marker, and will start with two letters followed by nine digits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/transact-tech.com\/service-and-support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/07\/1015a-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-262901\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on your AccuDate model, there may be alternative ways of getting your serial number:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AccuDate 9700<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some AccuDate 9700s may display the terminal\u2019s serial number when powered on, but this may depend on the programming in your specific unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AccuDate PRO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the AccuDate PRO, you can also access your serial number from the Global Settings screen.
