This can be done manually or through exporting and importing the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To Manually Create Menu Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the \u201cProducts\u201d or \u201cIngredients\u201d tab depending on the menu item you are adding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cProducts\u201d are generally any customer facing labels and \u201cIngredients\u201d are typically prep items<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"597\" height=\"69\" src=\"https:\/\/transact-tech.com\/service-and-support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/07\/Manually-Create-Menu-Items-4.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/transact-tech.com\/service-and-support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/07\/Manually-Create-Menu-Items-4.png 597w, https:\/\/transact-tech.com\/service-and-support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/07\/Manually-Create-Menu-Items-4-480x55.png 480w\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are adding an item to an existing category, select that category by clicking on the name. labels).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click \u201cAdd\u201d again and then select \u201cProduct\u201d or \u201cIngredient\u201d depending on which item you are currently adding<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure By clicking on the categories you will be able to see the menu items that reside inside them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Find the item(s) that you have created and check the box next to them to enable them on your menu. If you have not added or assigned any menu items yet, the Menu spreadsheet will be blank. First, navigate to the \u201cCategory\u201d tab and create your categories if you have not done so in the portal.
