TransAct has been awarded the Konami’s Supplier Performance Award for the 3rd consecutive year. TransAct won with award for “Outstanding Performance for Quality, On Time Delivery, and Customer Service” related to the Epic 950 printer. Konami presented this award on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 to Mark Bauer, Mark Kane, Mike Clark, and Mirabelle Chua. This is an award on which all Konami departments vote as to what vendors receive this award, so this is a reflection on TransAct’s performance across departments (Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, Quality, etc.). TransAct was one of four of all of Konami’s vendors to receive an award this year, and this is TransAct’s third consecutive year to receive this award.
