Troy Ingianni

Chief Financial Officer

Troy Ingianni is Chief Financial Officer of TransAct Technologies, where he leads the Company’s global finance organization and supports its strategy to expand recurring SaaS revenue and drive long-term shareholder value. He brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across publicly traded and privately held international organizations.

Prior to joining TransAct, Troy served as Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Barnes Group, where he oversaw SEC reporting, global consolidations, SOX compliance, and financial operations across more than 50 legal entities worldwide. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Pratt & Whitney. Troy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accounting, an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut.
