Benjamin C. Wyatt

Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development

Benjamin Wyatt, Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, is responsible for driving growth by creating, assessing and managing business opportunities including potential acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships as well as working with all members of the Executive Team on the company’s strategic priorities. 

Ben joined TransAct in 2008 as Vice President, Business Development, bringing extensive business development and mergers & acquisitions experience, having worked on over a dozen different successful transactions worth over $1 billion in total and leading the integration efforts for many of those acquisitions.  Leaving the company in 2014, Ben spent time as an independent consultant as well as starting his own business before returning to his current position in 2023. 

Prior to joining TransAct, Ben spent 4 years working on the space shuttle program with Boeing before returning to business school and spending 7 years in various business development roles with mailing and logistics company Pitney Bowes.

Ben holds a BSME from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
